  • Zoho CRM: We use Zoho CRM to manage contact details and communications. Depending on your account region, Zoho may store data in the US or EU, with controlled access for support personnel in other countries (e.g., India). Zoho relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and similar mechanisms to protect transferred data.

 

Your data is not processed outside the UK/EEA other than through the service providers mentioned above. However, where our trusted service providers process or store data outside the UK/EEA, we always ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other mechanisms that meet data protection standards.
